Customer Metafields
These metafields are written on the Customer resource. See Product Metafields and Shop Metafields for other resources.
The customer object is only available in Liquid when the shopper is logged into their Shopify account. Guard against a missing customer before accessing these metafields (e.g. {% if customer %}).
Okendo Loyalty App Namespace
These metafields are app-scoped and storefront-accessible. They can be queried through the Shopify Storefront API or accessed directly in Liquid using the raw namespace: app--1576377--loyalty.

Okendo Profile App Namespace
This namespace is populated by the Customer Profile Metafield Sync feature, which syncs customer profile properties collected via Okendo Reviews, Surveys, Quizzes, Referrals, and Loyalty (e.g. birthday, skin type, fitness goals, preferred product category, custom profile questions) to Shopify customer metafields.
Which keys exist depends on which profile properties a merchant has chosen to sync (Profiles > Settings > Metafield Sync in the Okendo admin) — there is no fixed key list. Only properties with at least one recorded customer value are available to sync, and only linked Shopify customer records (not guest profiles) receive metafields. This feature requires the write_customers Shopify permission and is available on Growth plan and above.
